
Founded by an ex-City trader coming from a French family with one century of experience in shirt making, Monsieur BARON was conceived from a simple idea: to provide stylish and superior quality shirts in a way that is convenient and effortless for men. April 2009 marks the launch of the brand with a series of events around London.
Girls in men’s shirts, endless peachy Belvadere cocktails and a swanky Sloane Square venue, Monsieur BARON had to throw a good party for its launch in London.
The evening's main event, a catwalk show presenting the concept of Miss Baron was to celebrate the launch of Monsieur BARON Label in London.

In April 2009 Monsieur BARON was entering the London world of Fashion for the 1st time.
Monsieur BARON took part in the Rousiland fashion show at one star Michelin restaurant l’Ambassade de l’Ile. Monsieur BARON says a big thank you to Clare Rous and Kara Iland for introducing Monsieur BARON into the London women’s fashion world.

After this walk on the glamorous side we headed to the launch of Monsieur Baron shirt collection at Kitts members club in trendy Chelsea. Although the venues and vibes could not be more different, Kitts was more relaxed, intimate and boujis, the atmosphere and turnout was equally as impressive. When taking the decision to make the jump from finance to fashion, Charles Baron spoke exclusively the to Financial News.
"I've always been entrepreneurial and wanted to run my own company. Trading is exciting but finance is becoming a tougher place now and moving between banks is harder. After three and a half years as a trader and four and a half in banking, I decided this was the perfect time to switch. My last day at Credit Suisse was 10 days ago. "My father is a shirt-maker and has made shirts for the likes of Armani, Gucci and Eden Park. His experience helped my brother-in-law, Tristan Lagesse, and I when we started the project Monsieur Baron a year ago. ..
We held a big launch party in London a few weeks ago and that helped raise the profile of the brand. I also think charitable work is important and I have been thinking about ways of linking that to our business..."

Champagne and Shirts! The year-end has come and Monsieur BARON Label was joining Foie gras and Champagne for the Christmas celebrations for the first time.

This is to both thank them and celebrate in Paris that Monsieur BARON organized its very first event in December 2010.
Back-To-Paris was the first Monsieur BARON event in Paris organized in Showroom Concorde rue St Florentin. The sales were reserved for our close networks and the network of our shareholders: 200 people had therefore the privilege of discovering in exclusivity the collections in France.

During the course of 2010, Monsieur BARON successfully developed a close relationship with more than 100 Corporate clients, including the biggest investment banks and law firms.

We are happy to announce the launch of our Showroom in Hatton Garden. Our showroom is meant to become the epicenter of the company, where both the brand and our sales concepts are developed.
Located in the heart of London, the showroom ‘heberge’ our unique Sales, Customer Service and Designers Team and enables us to be very close to our clients.

The “Black Label” new collection intends to reflect the true essential of the brand more than ever: we've used only the finest and noblest materials, and our new "Black Label Tailored fit" has been carefully developed to provide every man with a trendy modern style while not compromising on comfort. Our professional clothiers are now available 6 days a week to present to our VIP customers the collections, take their measurements, set up any desired fit adjustments and assist in styling their wardrobe. Our VIPs don’t move from their desk, we come to them and take care of everything.

September 2011 is the month of the launch of our private events concept. Since now, we will open frequently our Showroom to our clients, journalists and key partners. Series of events around shirts, French wine and networking are celebrating the launch of our Black Label collection.

Monsieur BARON new website arises in October 2011. Both an ecommerce website and a platform for the brand: the website is meant to become central in Monsieur BARON future development.
