Monsieur Baron is a family story. The company belongs to us, the shareholders. We are 30 friends and relatives coming from various backgrounds and communities but all fashion lovers. All are actively involved in the brand emergence, challenging further the respect of Monsieur Barons philosophy and symbolising the brands roots.
The story started 3 years ago. Oliver Baron, the father, has been making the finest shirts for the past 25 years for brands such as Armani, Eden Park, Alain Figaret and Loft.
His son and son-in-law, Charles Baron and Tristan Lagesse, were City golden boys when they started the adventure of creating a luxury brand. A brand very much tailored to their own expectations, that of their relatives, their network of friends and acquaintances and ultimately to the expectations of their clients.
Since then the family has grown: Remy Sicot, the childhood friend has brought his business touch, Nicholas Lapite his creative touch, Alexandre Vardon his French accentand many others have joined the Baron team as the Brand is now meeting with its future, identity and development thanks to the people it gathers.
Partners, employees, investors all share the same values of community, quality, innovation and entrepreneurial spirit.

We are the new black giving you attitude during and after work.
Our collections encompass all the greatest classics of yesterday and tomorrow, from Paris to London, ranging from the white royal oxford to the black stretch, with plain poplins and satins, complimenting Italian fabrics and innovative Nanotechnology textiles.
Timeless with an emphasis on authentic conviction, our version of classic doesnt rhyme with boring or dated. A Monsieur Baron Classic is modern: all our shirts are crisp, comfortable and ensure you look the part wherever you are, from the boardroom to the cocktail lounge.

The Distribution Model
Non-traditional distribution networks are our philosophy of development as we are challenging the efficiency of conventional retail model.
Online sales, corporate service, private sales, exclusive events, networking events, parties and exclusive partnerships represent the core of our business. All of these services are in line with the founders original intention: reducing the distribution chain to avoid any unnecessary costs and intermediaries.
We choose to invest heavily into the quality of our products rather than walls, so that we can deliver luxury shirts at an unbeatable price.

Charity
Not only is Monsieur Baron committed to providing good quality, fine tailored shirts, but we also recognise the value of giving back.
To this end, Monsieur Baron lends financial support to the charity, Right To Play, in the form of a donation from every shirt sold.
Right To Play is an organisation whose vision is to create social change in communities that have been ravaged by war, poverty and disease by offering sport and games activities to all children irrespective of gender, ability, ethnicity, social background or religion.
Regular activities take place every week thanks to the support of local Coaches, Teachers and Leaders.
